Hi, I’m Jason Coetzee, also known as Trainer Jay C.

I’ve been in the health and fitness profession since 2007, starting as a personal trainer and growing into roles like running a women’s wellness franchise and founding my own CrossFit gym.

At 43, I understand the challenges of this stage in life—weight gain, joint discomfort, stress, and sleep issues. Like you, I’ve faced these struggles, and they’ve fueled my passion to help others regain control of their bodies and feel strong again.
